Corporate website development for the fintech company – Corefy

Goodface developed a presentation website for Corefy, an innovative fintech platform. One of our key challenges was simplifying a complex concept and finding the perfect stylistic approach to communicate it effectively.

About the client

Corefy is a universal multifunctional payment platform for online businesses and financial institutions.

It integrates over 650 providers and 400+ payment methods, enabling seamless global transactions in various currencies. Corefy supports payments via traditional credit cards and modern options like cryptocurrencies.

Challenge

Corefy appealed to us for their website redesign, development of a corporate website, and brand identity.

The website was no longer aligned with Corefy's scale or capabilities. Many of its products were missing, and its design had become outdated. The new website is also supposed to be an important part of marketing activities.

Solution

Structure

Tackling the system's complexity and versatility was a real challenge. We focused on ensuring Corefy's innovative features and potential were clear, intuitive, and accessible to both existing users and potential clients.

Solution

Our team eliminated useless visual effects and catchy colors and decided to display products using simple illustrations and brief descriptions to point out what really makes value — sense. We also animated some illustrations.

Illustrations

We transitioned from the old illustrations, filled with unnecessary graphic elements to a clean, modern style that addressed key challenges.

Old illustrations' drawbacks:

  • Limited scalability;
  • Hard to interpret for users;
  • Limitations in content visualization;
  • Complex creation process.

Benefits of the new illustrations:

  • Easy-to-understand visuals;
  • Universality for various contexts;
  • Quick implementation;
  • Sleek, modern aesthetic.
Initially, Denis (CEO Corefy) wanted to preserve the illustrations, as previously, they put a lot of effort and energy into them. But for all their elaboration, they were already outdated, while the style of illustrations presented us with a choice: adapt to them or try to go the new way. We did not persuade the client to this or that decision. We just tried both approaches, and in the end, we realized: the new site needs its own voice».

Infographics

The new infographics shaped a distinct visual style, setting the foundation for design concepts that reflect modern fintech trends and innovative approaches. This cohesive aesthetic embodies modern trends and approaches to fintech.

Concepts

Designing with minimal text and a focus on visuals, we aimed to make the product’s layouts clear and engaging — even for those unfamiliar with it.

Animations

To make the illustrations even clearer and more concise, we introduced some animations.

Responsive design

The site was designed to adapt seamlessly across devices, prioritizing the mobile version due to the majority of traffic now coming from mobile users.

Design system

With Corefy continually introducing new products and services, we built a flexible design system that empowers the team to assemble new pages efficiently.

Corporate identity

To ensure smooth product development, we’ve developed a comprehensive corporate identity guide, which includes fonts, palettes, grids, a set of presentation templates, and instructions for developing illustrations for a blog.

Search engine friendly

One of our top priorities was ensuring the site performed well in search engines despite its size and visual complexity. We implemented thorough technical and SEO optimizations to secure high rankings on SERPs.

To maintain high loading speeds and smooth performance, we implemented animations for the site with the help of front-end code

There are a lot of animations on this site, and all of them are made with code, not a video, to reduce loading time. At the front-end stage, we worked closely with the Corefy SEO team. We paid a lot of attention to optimization and many pages were overclocked to 98–99 on Google Page Speed».

Security

Corefy’s site had to meet strict security requirements: the code underwent meticulous checks, with all server features, deployment processes, and security measures carefully implemented to ensure top-tier safety.

Cooperation with the client

We adopted an Agile team structure, where the client took on the Product Owner role. This collaborative approach gave Corefy control over task priorities and requirements, ensuring flexibility in scope and timing. However, it also required active client participation to define tasks and establish business logic, fostering a truly joint effort in development.

Result

This project delivered a high-impact presentation website with over 30 pages, rich in graphics, animations, and infographics to simplify a presentation of a complex fintech product.

The site loads quickly, despite a large number of graphics and animations, and is adapted for various devices. It achieves an impressive average page load speed: 85 points for mobile and over 90 for desktop, with some pages scoring as high as 98-99 on Google Search Speed.

Notably, the website earned 1st place in the "Banking, Finance, Insurance" category at the Web Awards, showcasing its innovative design and functionality.

Client review

Goodface agency is a team of high professionals. We were always in touch with our project manager and the whole team, they promptly answered all our questions. It was easy and interesting to work and hear their vision on our complex project presentation».
